Towel Warmer

Right next to the shower, the towel warmer is a beautifully wonderful, luxuriously functional detail for any bathroom. Just think, a nice warm towel always at hand, ready for you! This one was built into our Modern Manor renovation.

Free-Standing Tub Storage Niche

We love a good free-standing tub, but not when we have to sacrifice storage. At Meadowbrook Homestead, we designed a custom tiled niche to hold all of the bath essentials within easy reach and accessibility.

Built-In Bathroom TV Cabinet

Whether you’re enjoying your morning cup of coffee as you get ready or winding down after a long day in the bath, a built-in bathroom TV cabinet is the perfect way to enjoy your favorite shows in one of our most used spaces in the home. In Modern Manor, we built the TV into the upper cabinets to allow for optimal viewing angle from the tub, while Lake View’s (coming soon!) built-in TV offers great views from the tub, shower enclosure, and vanities.

Wet Room with Shower & Standing Tub

There is no shortage of space here in Maple Path’s primary bathroom, which includes a full wet room enclosing the walk-in shower and free-standing tub.

And, all members of the family can enjoy the large space! Not only are wet rooms for humans, but perfect bathing spots for our furry friends, too.

Double Shower Heads

While this feature can be a splurge, adding an additional shower head is a true luxuriously functional detail we love to see included in our clients’ wishlists. Here at Lake View (coming soon!), a completely overhauled layout allowed for an enlarged shower, making double shower heads the perfect addition to our clients’ dream bathroom.
