Meet our Kitchen & Bath Designers
Did you know that we have 4 highly skilled, incredibly experienced, professionally accredited Kitchen & Bath Interior Designers at Charbonneau Interiors?
Before we dive in to today's post, we wanted to share that Kitchen & Bath Business featured our Watertree Revival Renovation in their November/December 2021 issue! We are so grateful to them for the opportunity, and so excited to share it with you. You can find the full project and a link to the article here!
With experience ranging from 10 to 25+ years, each of our Interior Designers has been dedicated to the art of renovation and remodel, whether it be to create a sanctuary in the primary bath, or a gathering place for family in the kitchen.
From project management, design selections, lifelike technical renderings, to completely handling all contractors and partners, our Designers handle every single piece of the renovation or new-build puzzle — with both eloquence and expertise.
Over the last few years, we've grown our team with these incredibly talented Designers so that we can provide a renovation service that feels more like a true experience — not a painful process. We are big believers that you should enjoy the experience just as much as the end-result!
Lauren Caudle, Senior Interior Designer
Licensed & Accredited Designer
As our lead Senior Designer, Lauren’s 18+ years of being a licensed Interior Designer brings her to the forefront of many of our projects. Lauren excels in renovation and new construction projects because of her incredible depth of knowledge on technical design, surfaces + finishes, and project management. Her kind and nurturing spirit comes alive with her clients, and is evident in her beautiful, eloquent designs.
In addition to managing her projects with clients, Lauren also plays a substantial role in leading our design team in our Studio. Because of her incredible ability to marry technical know-how with beautiful design, Lauren also leads our firm's standards with creating and drafting technical renderings.
Here's a design rendering in Lauren's portfolio from one of her primary bath renovations. The scope of this phase (which is just one in a full-home renovation) includes:
3-D lifelike renderings
Custom design selections
Technical drawings and renderings for contractors
Electrical layouts
Finish schedules and selections
Design vision board
Layouts and floor plans

From beautiful selections to technical design and 3-D renderings, her vast array of specialties and skills allow her to create truly distinctive spaces that feel eloquent and true to who her clients are.
With our renderings, we're able to create an immersive experience where we can really dive in to the "big picture". From watercolor line drawings to 3-D renderings, we're here to ensure you feel confident and excited about the vision for your project.
Sarah Brown, Interior Designer & Project Manager
Licensed & Accredited Designer
As a licensed Interior Designer, Technical Designer, and our lead Project Manager, Sarah is an integral part of our construction and remodel projects.
With extensive knowledge in Kitchen & Bath and experience handling a variety of projects, Sarah is our go-to gal when it comes to coordinating contractors, build crews, and creating a seamless behind-the-scenes experience.
From site visits to technical drawings, Sarah keeps projects on-track, on schedule, and true to vision with a perfectionists’ eye and detail-oriented spirit.
And of course, we have Nancy Charbonneau, CEO + Principal Designer of Charbonneau Interiors who leads our firm and guides the direction for our design team. While Nancy only takes on a select amount of projects at a time, her expertise in both renovations and beautiful design is something she loves to collaborate on with the rest of our incredibly talented team.
Nancy Charbonneau, CEO + Founder
Nationally Published & Recognized Designer
Nancy Charbonneau founded Charbonneau Interiors with the belief that great interior design should always connect who you are to how you live. And since 1999 she’s been expressing that core belief in beautiful homes full of warm, joyful harmony.
With her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University tucked firmly in place under her arm, Nancy soon combined her eye for design with her love for sewing: a talent learned while sitting at her mother’s side listening to the whir of the sewing machine speed along beautiful fabric.
The result was Woodlands Fabrics & Interiors, a marriage of her twin passions for textile and design based in The Woodlands, Texas. Today, her company has evolved into Charbonneau Interiors, a leading lifestyle and full-service interior design firm with projects as close as Austin and Dallas, and as far as Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Calgary, Canada (and many places in between!)
Nancy seeks inspiration in nature, and when she finds it she articulates it, not only in her interiors, but also in her watercolors, where her love of blues and greens and sunset hues is envisioned evocatively.
We'd love to introduce you to the rest of our team, too! You can meet them over here on our Team page, and read how our collaborative approach to design brings out the best in all of us.
