Peek Inside this Renovated Modern-Transitional Powder Bath from #FairwayTransitional
From its textured, shimmering wallpaper to custom LED, back-lit mirror, see how this modern-transitional design packs a punch in this small space.
When it comes to our #CIFairwayTransitional project, there were a few key phrases that guided us throughout the 2 year design process:
Contemporary, yet comfortable
Sophisticated, yet swanky
Custom, with a high-level focus on craftsmanship
And at over 18,000 square feet, we had lots of spaces to play into these design thoughts!
Today, we wanted to dive into one of the smaller spaces within those 18,000 sq. ft., and how we tackled bringing these *big* design ideas into one of the smallest spaces — the powder bath!
For this space's design board, we aimed to balance one-of-a-kind custom pieces, statement gold accents, and organic shapes and textures. Balanced by the beautiful neutral paint Sherwin Williams Snowbound and anchored by a stunning piece of Cambria Quartz countertops, you can see how this design board came to life!
These are some of our favorite images from our Fairway Transitional portfolio because you can really see the stunning details of each element in this space! Especially with the wallpaper ... it's textural, it shimmers, and really brings a subdued statement to this small space!
What's your favorite part of this small (but mighty) space? We would love to hear in the comments!
